We have 4 kids and 4 dogs. Two of the dogs are puppies. Our carpeting had stains from leftover pet accidents that didn't come all the way clean with spot cleaners or my household carpet cleaning machine. We purchased our house over 8 years ago and this was the first time we had the carpet professionally cleaned. We vacuum regularly and had used a steam cleaner on a number of occasions in the past. I am not sure how old the carpet is and it is still in pretty good shape, but it definitely needed professional cleaning. My husband was there while they did the cleaning and he said that they were nice, professional gentlemen (Caleb & Sean?) who did a great job at cleaning the carpet in the living room, dining room, parlor and stairs, plus the sofa and love seat microfiber upholstery. The carpet looks great and one big stain (pet vomit) was removed and the stairs look almost new. The carpet was raked as well and feels much "fluffier." They also did an assessment of the worlds most impossible spot to clean and within a few minutes, the stain was gone on the test spot.Whats funny is, since the test spot was done, the other sections of the carpet are still dirty and getting worse but the spot they tested is still looking nice.I just wish my boss would commit and have the rest of the carpets done.Great price too!

Butch and Calen, impeccably groomed and well informed about their product, were upfront about the job they were to perform and provided and after measuring the area, provided an estimate. They worked diligently and provided topnotch service! My very light carpeting had not been professionally cleaned in several months due to a financial setback.
However, they took that setback all in stride and made my carpeting appear nearly new! They completed vacuuming and cleaning carpeting in a living room, dining room, two sets of stairs, two hallways and a partial bedroom within two hours.
