I got my carpets cleaned today by Calen and Butch and they look as if we just moved in! We had a TON of dark spots from having kids and a pink koolaid spot here and there (we opted out of the red dye remover but will be doing it in the fall).. We purchased our house over 8 years ago and this was the first time we had the carpet professionally cleaned. We vacuum regularly and had used a steam cleaner on a number of occasions in the past. I am not sure how old the carpet is and it is still in pretty good shape, but it definitely needed professional cleaning. My husband was there while they did the cleaning and he said that they were nice, professional gentlemen (Caleb & Sean?) who did a great job at cleaning the carpet in the living room, dining room, parlor and stairs, plus the sofa and love seat microfiber upholstery. The carpet looks great and one big stain (pet vomit) was removed and the stairs look almost new. The carpet was raked as well and feels much "fluffier." We had our front office carpets done as they were in pretty bad shape.I couldn't believe how smashing they looked when these guys were done.It looked almost brand new.They were quick and very professional.Would I use them again or recommend them to anyone else...well.YEAH!...duh! They also did an assessment of the worlds most impossible spot to clean and within a few minutes, the stain was gone on the test spot.Whats funny is, since the test spot was done, the other sections of the carpet are still dirty and getting worse but the spot they tested is still looking nice.I just wish my boss would commit and have the rest of the carpets done.Great price too!
